Returns Policy
1. Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened bags of pet food
Perishable items
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for the same product or an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.
Price differences will be payable by the customer or refunded accordingly.
6. Sale Items
Sale items are not refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.
